Come\u00e7ou a valer, no dia 1 de janeiro, uma nova regra para transa\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras, em esp\u00e9cie, acima de R$ 30 mil. A partir de agora, todas as movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es feitas em dinheiro, a partir desse montante, ter\u00e3o que ser declaradas \u00e0 Receita Federal. S\u00e3o obrigadas a declarar as empresas e as pessoas f\u00edsicas que receberem o dinheiro.<\/p>\n

A nova regra havia sido criada pela institui\u00e7\u00e3o em novembro do ano passado e come\u00e7ou a valer somente agora. Com essa mudan\u00e7a, qualquer movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o financeira a partir de R$ 30 mil ter\u00e1 de ser declarada por meio de um formul\u00e1rio eletr\u00f4nico, a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Liquidadas com Moeda em Esp\u00e9cie (DME).<\/p>\n

Para evitar problemas com a Receita, o contribuinte tem de apresentar o formul\u00e1rio at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo dia do m\u00eas seguinte ao recebimento em esp\u00e9cie. Descumprir essa regra pode implicar em uma multa que vai de 1,5% a 3% do valor total da opera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Mesmo as opera\u00e7\u00f5es em moeda estrangeira ter\u00e3o de ser declaradas. Para isso, o contribuinte precisa fazer a convers\u00e3o para reais para preencher o formul\u00e1rio. De acordo com a Receita Federal, o objetivo \u00e9 identificar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o desses recursos. O secret\u00e1rio da Receita, Jorge Rachid, afirmou que a medida vai ajudar na fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e combate \u00e0 lavagem de dinheiro.<\/p>\n
